Many items don’t need to be thrown away – they can be reused! You can donate items to a number of reuse centers or non-profit organizations. Always call ahead to ensure the item can be donated. You can also try “up-cycling” the item into something new. Alternatively, you can place it at curbside for pick up 0.5 meter away from the garbage bin.
